The College was established in 1998. The College offers courses as General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM), B.Sc.(N) training programme, Post Basic B.Sc.(N) training programme, M.Sc.(N) training programe. The college is located at Chak Bhalwal, Jammu and is affiliated with the University of Jammu and recognized by the Indian Nursing Council, J&K State Nursing/ Paramedical Council and approved by the J&K State Government.

The college aims to prepare competent nursing professionals who can assume the role of holistic care provider, manager, supervisor, educator, researcher in different health care setting.
