Department of Mental Health Nursing, Bee Enn College of Nursing, organized a Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) programme on “Work-Life Balance and Management of Burnout” on 13th July 2026 under the guidance of Mrs. Mini Patiyal, Associate Professor.
The programme was conducted by M.Sc. Nursing 1st and 2nd Year students and attended by staff nurses from Government Psychiatry Hospital, Jammu. It focused on promoting work-life balance, identifying burnout, and adopting effective prevention and management strategies. The active participation of all attendees made the programme informative and successful. The department extends its sincere gratitude to the hospital authorities, participants, faculty, and students for their valuable support.
